Is Dazzi worth a base slot?

At a base, Dazzi's best job is Electricity: level 3 makes it the #19 Electricity worker of the 25 Pals that can do the job at all. It also covers Handiwork (Lv 2, #82 of 109), Transporting (Lv 2, #92 of 148). Its combat stats are ordinary (70 HP, 80 attack against roster averages of 95 and 96), so treat it as a specialist rather than a brawler. A food cost of just 2 makes it one of the cheaper Pals to keep fed.
