Force wipe lands with the Facepunch monthly update: the first Thursday of each month at 2:00 PM Eastern (19:00 UTC in winter, 18:00 in summer). Every server's map wipes, no exceptions.
How Rust wipes actually work
Once a month, Facepunch ships the Rust update and every server wipes its map. That is force wipe: first Thursday, 2:00 PM Eastern. Bases, loot and deployables reset everywhere at once, and the whole game starts over on fresh map seeds. It is the single biggest moment in Rust's monthly rhythm, and the best hour to be online all month.
Everything else is up to each server. Community servers layer their own weekly or biweekly map wipes between force wipes, and choose when blueprints reset. That is why the server browser lists a wipe cadence next to almost every name, and why groups that want full control simply run their own server and set the schedule themselves.
