What is Subnautica?
Subnautica is an underwater adventure from Unknown Worlds, set on an alien ocean planet. You crash-land in your Life Pod, and the only way to go is down. Collect resources, craft diving gear and submersibles, and venture from sunlit coral reefs into kelp forests, cave systems and lava fields. The water teems with life: some of it helpful, much of it harmful. Along the way, find out what happened to this planet and whether you can make it off alive.

Subnautica is a single-player game at heart, and Nitrox, the community multiplayer mod, lets friends dive into the same world. Bases, vehicles, progress and creatures stay in sync, so your crew can split up to scavenge, build a base together and take the Cyclops down to the Lost River. Every player needs their own copy of Subnautica on PC. As soon as servers open, you can order one here and size it yourself.
