What is Starbound?
Starbound is a 2D sandbox adventure from Chucklefish. You have fled your home and find yourself lost in space with a damaged ship, so you beam down to the planet below to repair it and set off across a procedurally generated universe. Mine ores, craft gear, fight monsters and bosses, follow the story or ignore it entirely. Settle down and farm, build a cabin, a castle or a space station from over two thousand objects, or colonize planets and collect gifts from your tenants. Every bit of it plays in drop-in, drop-out co-op.
