What is Longvinter?
Longvinter is an open-world multiplayer sandbox from Uuvana Studios, set on an island with no rules and no set tasks. You start at a research camp, fish, farm, hunt and pick berries, sell what you gather and buy better gear. Pitch a tent, grow it into a camp or a village with friends, and craft from over 500 items at a workbench. Then team up, trade or betray your neighbours, and take on hostile mercenaries in bunkers, cave bases and oil rigs.

Up to 32 players can join one Longvinter server, and you set the cap yourself. We never charge per player slot, so the price is the same however many friends join.
Yes. Set a server password and only players who have it can join. Leave it empty for a public server.
Yes. Turn PvP off and co-op mode on, and your group plays the island as one team. You can also choose where co-op players start.
Yes. Your island runs around the clock, so camps, shops and trades are still there when anyone in the group logs in.
Yes. With Update on Start on, the server downloads the latest Longvinter update every time it starts, so a restart is all it takes.

Yes. Longvinter is part of the Gamebox, so you can switch your server to another Gamebox game from the panel, as long as your server meets that game's minimum CPU, memory and storage. Switching installs the new game from scratch and wipes the old game's files, and the panel offers to take a backup first.
