Custom Fortress is a free, community-driven mod for Team Fortress 2. It removes as many hardcoded limits as it can, so new content is easier to make, and adds new options to control every part of a server. It ships with community-made weapons, taunts and cosmetics, and brings back cut content like the Bigger is Better set, the Never Forget hat and the Sandman's old full stun as options a server owner can turn on. It is free on Steam and needs Team Fortress 2, which is free to play.
