ANEURISM IV is a dystopian sandbox set in a sprawling, decaying city. You start as a Spirit and pick a fate, from the hardworking Prole to the affluent Banker. Work in the factories, wait for rations, pay rent and taxes, and keep your nourishment and sanity up. There are no set goals: align with the Cortex to protect the city, join the Scumbags or Zealots to spread the Rot, or stay neutral and live your life. If the Rot spreads too far, the city falls and resets.
