What is Quake 4?
Quake 4 is the 2005 sci-fi first-person shooter from Raven Software and id Software, and the direct sequel to Quake II. In the campaign you are Marine Corporal Matthew Kane of the elite Rhino Squad, leading Earth's invasion of the Strogg homeworld. Online, it is fast, Quake-style arena combat: grab weapons and items on the map, then play to a frag, capture or time limit before the map cycle moves on.
