What is rFactor 2?
rFactor 2 is a racing simulation from Studio 397, built around realistic physics and tires. It features mixed class road racing, a full day and night cycle, and weather that changes as you drive: rain builds into puddles, and the racing line dries out again afterwards. Tracks use real-road technology, so grip changes as more cars lay rubber down. Races can be lap based, time based or both, up to full 24 hour endurance events with driver swaps online. The community adds new cars and tracks all the time, many of them on the Steam Workshop.
