How to generate a GSLT token for GMod

Setting up your GSLT token for your Garry’s Mod Server

Setting up the GSLT token is important to have your server publicly listed.

Obtaining your GSLT key

Go to Valve’s GSLT Page and login. Enter App ID 4000 for Garry’s Mod.

You must generate a new key for each server.

Adding the GSLT key

  1. Go to your server in the control panel.
  2. Configuration > Startup Parameters.
  3. Enter the key in “Steam Account Token”.

Entering your GSLT token

You’re done!

Restart your server and it will be listed publicly.
