Canceling a Physgun service is straightforward, but the exact steps depend on how the service was set up. Below is a clean, general process that works in most cases.
To cancel a Physgun service:
- Login to the Physgun Billing Portal.
- Find your service you would like to cancel in the Active Products/Services area. Click View Details
- In the small Action list on the left, find and click on the Request Cancellation button.
- After clicking Request Cancellation, you will be taken to a brief exit survey where you can choose to cancel immediately, or at the end of the billing cycle, and as well a brief optional explanation as to why you would like to end your Physgun service.
- Once you are finished with the exit survey, press Confirm Cancellation to cancel your service.
