Enable Whitelist on Your Hytale Server

Whitelisting lets you control who can join your Hytale server. When it’s enabled, only players you approve can connect. It’s perfect for private servers, friends-only worlds, or keeping random players out.

You can run whitelist commands:

• From your server console in the control panel, or
• In-game (if you have admin/operator permissions)

No restart is needed—changes apply immediately.

Enable or Disable the Whitelist

Turn Whitelisting On

1. Open your Control Panel.
2. Select your server and go to the Console tab.
3. Run:

Turning Whitelisting Off

whitelist off

When the whitelist is enabled, only whitelisted players and admins will be-able to join.

Add or Remove Players from Whitelist

Add a Player

whitelist add [playername]

Remove a Player

whitelist remove [playername]

Tip: Be exact with the player name you enter. If someone still can’t join, double-check spelling and confirm the whitelist is turned on.

Whitelisting is one of the simplest ways to make your server private and control who has the ability to join.
